Did You See The Lachine Electric Fireball?!

HAPPY MONDAY, lighting industry!  It’s another one of those days that you’re either A) back in the office, B) off of work today because most Theatres are dark on Mondays, or C) you’re on the road so it doesn’t really matter whether it’s Monday or Friday!

Big news over the weekend — in Lachine, Quebec, a wind storm created a power outtage that sparked (no pun intended) a massive fireball, crippling a hundred thousand Quebec power customers on Friday.  Youtuber Huw Griffiths captured this massive fireball on video, nearly scaring himself ridiculous.  Check this thing out, it is absolutely ghastly!
